These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the m4P mobile application, website, and related services (together, the \u201cServices\u201d). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not agree, please do not use m4P.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be at least 13 years old to use m4P.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children under 13 may use the Kids\u2019 Section only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By using m4P, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must create an account to access certain features (e.g., social posting, gifting, wallet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to notify us immediately at <strong><a>support@made4praise.com<\/a><\/strong> if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Use of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>m4P is designed for streaming music, sharing posts, gifting, and accessing family-friendly content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree not to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Services for unlawful purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with or disrupt the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You retain ownership of the content you upload or post (\u201cUser Content\u201d), but grant m4P a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are solely responsible for your User Content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Wallet &amp; Gifting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The wallet allows you to fund, gift, and withdraw within m4P.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All transactions are subject to verification and applicable fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized transactions may result in account suspension.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdrawals may be subject to limits, delays, and compliance checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Kids\u2019 Section<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Kids\u2019 Section is intended for educational and entertainment purposes (games, Bible stories, quizzes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents\/guardians remain responsible for monitoring their children\u2019s use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We strive to provide safe content, but we cannot guarantee absolute child protection online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided by m4P are owned by Made4Praise and protected by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may delete your account at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>m4P provides its Services \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To the fullest extent allowed by law, Made4Praise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using m4P in the past 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Changes to Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We may update these Terms from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If changes are significant, we will notify you via the app or email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued use of m4P after changes means you accept the new Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
