Made4Praise (m4P) Refund Policy

At Made4Praise (m4P), we strive to provide a seamless and uplifting experience across our music streaming, social interaction, gifting, and kids’ educational features. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments, wallet transactions, and purchases may qualify for a refund.


1. General Policy

All purchases on Made4Praise.com—including wallet funding, gifts, subscriptions, and digital items—are generally non-refundable, except in situations clearly outlined below.

Because m4P provides digital content, instant wallet credits, and real-time gifting, refunds are only considered in cases of verified error, fraud, or system malfunction.


2. Wallet Funding

When a user funds their m4P Wallet (for gifting, purchases, or withdrawals):

  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once the transaction is successful.
  • If funds do not reflect due to a system or payment gateway error, users must contact support with proof of payment.
  • Duplicate deposits caused by a technical problem will be refunded OR added as wallet credit—based on the user’s preference.

3. Gifting / Cash Gifts

When users gift other users money or digital gifts:

  • All gifts sent are final and cannot be reversed after confirmation.
  • If a gift was sent to the wrong user due to an m4P system error (not user error), a refund may apply.
  • m4P is not responsible for refunds when the sender made a mistake in choosing a recipient.

4. Subscription Fees

Subscriptions for premium features, ad-free listening, or special content:

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
  • If the subscription fails to activate after payment, m4P will correct the issue or refund the payment.
  • If a user cancels before the next billing cycle, access continues until expiration—no partial refunds.

5. Failed or Reversed Transactions

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The user was charged but the service was not delivered.
  • A transaction failed but the bank shows a debit.
  • The transaction was flagged as fraudulent after investigation.

Processing time for such refunds may take 3–14 business days depending on the payment provider.


6. Kids’ Section (Games, Stories & Quizzes)

Since kids’ content is digital:

  • Purchases or unlocks are non-refundable.
  • Refunds only apply when content fails to load or becomes inaccessible due to an error on our side.

  • Suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activities
